This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel operated by Kanistha – The Soul of Fashions (“Kanistha”, “we”, “our”, “us”).


By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation


a. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at kanisthaboutique@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.


b. Cancellation by Kanistha


We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment failure


In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.


2. Returns Policy


We accept returns only under the following conditions:


Eligible for Return

  • Received a damaged product

  • Received a defective product

  • Received a wrong product


Not Eligible for Return

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Used, washed, altered, or worn items

  • Products without original tags or packaging


3. Return Request Process

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must share clear images or videos of the product showing the issue.

  • Requests must be sent via:

Returns will be accepted only after verification and approval by Kanistha.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong product, return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.


5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time:

    • 7–10 business days after return approval

  • Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, customers may choose replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


7. Non-Refundable Items


The following are non-refundable:

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)

  • Customized or altered products (if applicable)


8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Any additional shipping costs for replacement may be communicated in advance.
