This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Kanistha – The Soul of Fashions (“Kanistha”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other sales channels.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • There are no restricted locations; delivery is subject to courier serviceability of the PIN code.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed all days, including weekends and holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Partners


We use reliable third-party courier services, including:

  • India Post

  • DTDC


Courier partner selection depends on delivery location and service availability.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline


Estimated delivery times may vary based on location and courier operations:

  • Within Kerala: 5–7 working days

  • Outside Kerala (within India): 10–15 working days


Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping within Kerala

  • Outside Kerala: Shipping charges apply and are calculated based on delivery location and courier rates

  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

  • All orders must be prepaid through available online payment methods


7. Order Tracking

  • Automated tracking links are not provided

  • Shipment updates will be shared manually via WhatsApp upon dispatch, where possible


8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to origin (RTO)

  • In case of RTO:

    • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer

    • Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting shipping costs


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Customers must report damaged or missing items within 72 hours of delivery

  • Complaints received after this period may not be accepted

  • In case of verified damage or loss in transit, a refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy


10. Force Majeure


Kanistha is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier delays

  • Strikes or government restrictions

  • Technical or logistical issues
